Pillsbury Senior Communities began OVER 30 years ago as Pillsbury Manor.

Our first location (now Pillsbury Manor North) on Williston Road was where our story began.  In 1985 at Pillsbury Manor North, Bill and Mary Spalding along with their two children started their business.  In the beginning, they lived in the building with the residents and helped care for them, creating a tradition of a caring, home-like atmosphere for their residents.

Today, this tradition carries on at our six locations in South Burlington and (our newest) in St. Albans.  Our commitment to changing the lives of seniors has been the key to our success.

I moved over to Allenwood to be closer to the dining room and other services, and loved that I still saw my friends from Harborview at dinner each day. I love my apartment and am comfortable and feel at home!” – Harriet Richards, Allenwood Resident
