Pillsbury Senior Communities is looking for a new leader of for our Culinary Team.
You will be responsible for all aspects of management in the dietary department for Pillsbury Senior Communities including but not limited to supervision, training and staffing of dietary employees, purchasing, budgeting, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Coordinates and directs all kitchen functions and dining room operations and maintains compliance with all local, state and federal guidelines including OSHA regulations affecting food service practices.
You will oversee all aspects of the culinary experience for our Assisted Care communities which means client relation skills, ability to cook for 30 - 200 people, and employee management skills are necessary.
